Terms and Conditions for Disney+ Subscription Cards (UK)

This Agreement is between you, the purchaser of a Subscription Card (also defined as Card), and The Walt Disney Company Limited, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9PE (“Disney”), e-mail: help@disneyplus.com, phone: 0808 164 6490.

Card may be redeemed by new Disney+ subscribers only. Valid only for UK residents, 18 years of age or older. Card entitles the recipient to 12 months of a UK Disney+ subscription, which will be credited to the recipient’s account upon redemption. To redeem, visit DisneyPlus.com/redeememail, select the offer, and manually enter the code printed on the email. A condition to redemption is that recipient must create a new Disney+ account using a valid e-mail address and accept the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement. Subscription to Disney+ requires a compatible internet device and internet connection. Redemption code is one-time use only, and may be given by you to, and redeemed by, only one recipient. Void where prohibited. Cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, discounts or promotions. Card is not refundable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services and cannot be sold or transferred, or exchanged or credited towards purchase of other subscriptions, and will not be honoured if obtained from any third party. Cards do not expire. No inactivity or service fees apply to any Card. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en-gb/legal/privacy-policy.

You acknowledge and agree that the Card will be sent to the recipient at the e-mail address you provided and you represent and warrant that such contact information is accurate, up to date and does not infringe any third party rights.

You have the right to change your mind and withdraw from your order for a Card within 14 days after the day that Disney emails you to confirm acceptance of your order. However, once Disney has delivered the Card to your selected recipient, you cannot change your mind and withdraw from your order, even if the 14 day period is still running. For a valid withdrawal, Disney will refund you the price you paid for the Card, by the method you used for payment, and within 14 days of you telling Disney that you have changed your mind. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify The Walt Disney Company Limited at the above address with a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. Alternatively, you may use the standard withdrawal form below, which is not mandatory.
